The Story
An unhurried afternoon of chaat, kachori-sabzi and endless kulhad chai in the sunlit alcove overlooking the street.
The evening was hosted in our private dining, held privately for 18 guests. Setup opened at eight in the morning: tables laid by hand, brass polished, lamps positioned, and the kitchen brief walked through with the full service team before a single guest arrived.
