The Story
Three generations around low brass tables, sattu baati broken by hand, and a chokha counter finished tableside on live coals.
The evening was hosted in our family hall, held privately for 48 guests. Setup opened at eight in the morning: tables laid by hand, brass polished, lamps positioned, and the kitchen brief walked through with the full service team before a single guest arrived.
