Independence Celebration Thali

A tricolour thali of twenty-one preparations, served through the afternoon with patriotic classical sets.

Doors open at the top of the hour and service runs 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm. Seating is released in a single block of 120, and this evening has historically closed within the week — we hold a short waitlist once it does.

Tables are laid across the haveli rather than in one hall, so couples, families and larger parties can all be seated in the format that suits them. Tell us your party size when you register and we will place you accordingly.
